but it's a lot harder to win championships with a one-dimensional QB. Lamar Jackson and Luavull are the undeniable proof of that. Original poster is on point. More designed runs and a more consistent passing by KB will get us back to the playoff. A gimpy KB running the offense will not. Anyone who can't see that doesn't understand what they've been seeing so far.

That said, we're better off putting the ball in HJ's hands up at Syracuse and give KB the two weeks to heal. Let him have at LEAST a week totally off that ankle. Give ZC and HC all the reps with the 1's. I liked what I saw from HJ. He may be the man going forward anyway. We have too many passing game weapons to rely on a running QB as our primary threat. We got some big games coming up. After next week there will little room for error and experimentation. We have to know who our QB is. If KB isn't injured, the answer to that question is clear. That answer is not so clear anymore.
