He could barely keep it together last year. I loved him in his prime, but he really needs to just go ahead and retire.

Seriously it is time though he is widely loved and respected. Put him on tape in a setting with head gear and many takes to get a keeper. Knowing ESPN they could just fire him for having the name Lee. They've done it before
