With polls showing Clemson's Deshaun Watson (a sophomore) as the current front runner in the Heisman race, it's seeming more and more as if underclassmen receive special treatment in the Heisman discussion these days. Remember Texas A&M's freshman Johnny "Football" Manziel three years ago?
I'm not going to beat around the bush here: Connor Shaw, South Carolina's quarterback from 2011-2013, simply got hosed in the 2012 Heisman race. Everyone without a College Station, Texas, address knows it too.
Shaw's leadership amongst his teammates made him a Gamecock legend whose legacy will last throughout the ages. In a decade people will ask, "Who's Johnny Football?"

While I think it is laughable that an organization thinks Manziel is a pro QB, both Shaw and Manziel are a part of the Browns organization and Shaw can't beat out a guy the Browns keep threatening to cut.
