I'm not sure that ND would qualify. If you're old enough to remember guys like Rocket Ismail (lightning in a bottle), ND was one of the elite programs in the country. They have never been that good since that time IMO. ND is only a small percentage of being the teams that Ara Parseghian coached.

If USUC has a marketing dept they need to fire them all and give back anyone who has paid tuition. Dabo is a marketer and all of the things they claim to hate is him perfectly executing his plan. He has ESPN announces sending their kids there, every other highlight is from a Clemson game, they call it the most exciting 60 seconds because it is!

to Clemson... let's not overlook our current stallion that wears #3; Mr. Rodgers. I especially liked that Jon Richt walked on at Clemson while his dad was coach at uga... LOL
Mark must have had thoughts that he might have been leaving sooner than he actually did to let his son go someplace other than uga... LOL

Dabo is an excellent marketer. I'm a real estate agent, and I take notes on Dabo in some of the stuff he does/says. What he has built in the time frame he built it is amazing.
The absolute biggest thing about Dabo is his ability to bring value to his players. He does it through development as players and as young men. For those with a son or son's, wouldn't you want to hand off your young man to someone that is going to guide him as a man, and a player in the sport he loves?
Not to mention his humbling beginnings.
