What does the administration need to commit to do that we haven’t already committed to do to make our team successful?

What Clemson needs is the same thing the football team needed a few years ago. They need a CJ Spiller to surprise the basketball world and head to Clemson. Tiger football began to elevate when Spiller came on board and the football team showed a big improvement as a result of his commitment. It will happen, but not soon enough for the coaches on tnet. But I’m going to be here!

The only problem is Brad Brownell isn't the same recruiter as Dabo, and it was Dabo who got C.J. Brad is a good X's and O's man, but I don't believe he is in the same boat as far as recruiting as Dabo is. Just my take.

This will surprise you I’m sure BUT recruiting football players to Clemson is a bit different than recruiting basketball players. If it was easy, someone would have done it a long time ago.

I remember some pretty lean years in Clemson football recruiting though.

It is also tough when Duke has celebrities attending their games like Lebron and Floyd Mayweather etc etc, have a great coach, an amazing history, and they play for titles. Moreover, it's even harder to get the studs due to the one and done situation. Duke and Kentucky have 5 open spots every year to reload. It would help if their players returned and the spots were limited at those schools. In that scenario maybe we could get some scraps. There are no scraps now.

NBA alumni. Coaching what you have counts. Blue bloods going to get blue choppers, but don't tell me Clemson can't be better due to lack of superstars.

I agree. I am just pointing why we don't get the McD's AA types. People act like we have to break through and get one of those guys when we really don't.

Fans want to keep Tommy Bowden even though it was pretty evident he couldn't get us over the hump! Good grief!

Is a coach who knows how to coach in the last five minutes of games without being outcoached, AND players who can make clutch baskets at the end of games, especially our bid men around the basket!!!!

The most glaring coaching blunder in this game
Feb 16, 2019, 9:09 PM

Was by the L’ville coach. Throwing that last inbounds pass under the Clemson basket was very foolish. Fortunately for him The Tigers missed the shot If Clemson ever does that I’ll make a bad post about B.B. Witho only a couple of seconds I would think that you would throw in down the court!
