Both O coaches and players can grow IMHO … hopefully the sheer skill player talent on the offensive side of the ball especially Trevor Lawrence at the most important QB position will bail out the coaches.

That said, this year's team lacks player-coach CW42, the Power Rangers, and other seniors like Kendall Joseph who ensured the team stepped up and Dabo's speeches about "next game up" were more than just empty rhetoric. Hopefully, this year's teams will find its player leaders among Simmons, Lawrence and seniors. CW42 is a big leadership gap to fill, and it can't be done by one player.

I must admit, I do miss "Sticky Fingers" Renfrow - how many 3rd down conversions would he have converted for us... Regardless, full steam ahead. We'll see a different team next game, and as for UNC, well, I was there in person for that 10 - 8 win IN Chapel Hill and I almost had a heart attach then too.

did you not see UNC's last drive? The D was run over like an old rug. I'd say both sides have work to do.
