Best Temperature to Cook Chicken?

I have heard different numbers, some have said 450 F, some 567 F any opinions on these or am I leaving out any ? TIA...

The only drawback, is that the yard bird comes out dry and salty.

As hot and as long as possible for me.
No need to check to see if done.
Just keep cooking it! No such thing as over done. Dabo likes to turn the heat down in second half of cooking but not me. I like it burnt and crispy.

you can start it at 450 to brown the skin, but then kick it back to 350 after 15 minutes.
