I wouldn’t be surprised if FSU agreed to pay for travel that Dabo would go down there and send a message.

Against a Conference bottom dweller the week when we should be preparing to defend the ACC title in Charlotte.
There is absolutely nothing to be gained for Clemson and a lot to lose.
Forget the game. Just pretend it was never scheduled.

Zero chance FSU would pay our travel in December. Zero chance we go back.
Looking at the long term for the remaining games of the season (including the ACC championship game and CFP), this may end up being a good thing.
However, since this has happened, it doubles down the importance of playing Pitt and VaTech.
IMO, 10 conference games plus the ACC title game is more than enough prep for the CFP. I don't like having a two-week gap but even that may end up as a blessing.
