observation after spending Thanksgiving with Coot family

I was faced with the storyline by my coot family that Gamecock athletics are superior to Clemson athletics. Curious, I listens calmly. The reasoning was South Carolina has achieved more in athletics due to 2 National Championship in baseball, one in WBB, and a final 4 in Men's BB, and the football National Championship by Clemson was achieved through cheating. Chuckling, I reminded my coot family that Clemson has 2 football National Championships. This statement was met with harrumps and blank stares. Then, it occurred to me, they are all in denial. They have created a reality where Clemson only has a football national championship acquired by cheating, and they have blocked the 2016 championship completely from their psyche. I feel this applies universally to all coot fans, and they live in a world where Gamecocks are relevant and powerful and cast a shadow over Clemson. What an interesting place to live your life.

Well, just put a BB goal on one end, and a goal post on the other, when their girls have the ball we play by BB rules, and when our guys have the ball, we play by FB rules, and lets see who scores the most points. It's the only way I know to compare their women"s BB to our FB!!!

I thank God that I have no coots in my family. All coots aren’t bad and some actually know a little bit and don’t live in fantasy land like most of them do. All you can do is smile and say bless your heart in passing.

I truly hope that you informed them with a smirk on your face that, it will be impossible for them to find a way to cheat or lie their way out of the A$S whipping that we're going to force down their throats until their pain starts dripping out of their AS$ES, and we will laugh at their pain that we know we caused them with mean spirited heart felt intentions!!!
