I am a little bit of 1 and 2 if the pressure is coming from outside forces. If the stress is simply a big pile of work that needs done, I'm good.

My threshold for stress for normal day-to-day BS seems to follow a ~10yr wave pattern. Stress me out in year 1 at the crest of the wave and you're gonna get 'calm cool and collected' regardless of the environment. Stress me out in year 5 at the bottom of the trough and you'll likely get #2, and possibly #1 (mainly at home).

in my life, I'd give myself a thumbs up on managing my emotional response and making good decisions.
On the everyday BS, it seems to build. I made a complete a$$ of myself Sunday night, when the drain clogged on my HVAC air handler (which is in the attic) and it started leaking in my sons room at 10:38 in the PM. It was the 954th thing that had gone wrong that day and I just lost my everlovin' mind. It was bad enough that I apologized to Mrs Slac and Lil Slacs 1&2 when I cooled down. Thankfully, none of my idiocy was directed at them, I just pitched a dadgum fit.
Vowed not to do that again for a long, long time.
