Clelin would have played more this year if he didnt get hurt. You are talking about a 6'6 260 DE. He's going to play and play A LOT next year.

We've been running that for the last couple of years now. Do you guys think they may make a move to put Wilkins at DE? Front four of Bryant, Watkins, Pagano/Lawrence, and Wilkins?

I wouldn't be surprised to see Shadell Bell moved to DB. I'd rather him get some snaps there than be stuck behind all of the talented receivers we have. Thoughts?

I would assume experience plays a factor early. But those 3 you named are studs so they'll be on the field.

Do you see Rashaun Smith seeing significant playing time next year? He seems like a sure fire bet for a LB spot!

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllll, I see Chad Smith probably running beside Boulware. They say (who are they, you ask?) that he has bulked up and gotten stronger. The guy is ready to make his move. Joseph and Williams will make some noise as will McDaniel. I dont see these guys letting some true freshman outwork them. Lamar and Smith are going to be very good.

He will get playing time for sure.. But Tre Lemar is a monster of epic proportions I dont know why he was rated so low. he looks like a grown man beside Rahshaun Smith and he is just as fast. Secondly he outweighs him by 15 lbs lol

Gary at SDE?

He'd at least be on two deep at every DL position IMO. We'd need him on the edge more than in the middle though.

The TFL/sack numbers would be insane and have NFL scouts drooling...that is a major selling point for us to land Gary.
Michigan definitely leads as of today but it isn't a stretch to imagine us landing him.

I'm trying...and if you have those three...one would think Venables is toying with a 3-4 with the size and versatility at his disposal.

Not fast enough...he reminds me of Goodson - short, stout, and hard-hitting. Will be solid at either of the other 2 LB spots
I see O'Daniel and Wiggins at SAM with Wiggins possibly playing some safety as well

just no Shaq Lawson's in the bunch unless you count Watkins and Wilkins.
no Mac Alexander's in the bunch unless you count Tank.
who you got for nickel and dime? Carter and Baker?
may be the most important aspect of next year's D...
with the lack of premier speed at DT and the "slow inside rush" we employed this year,
we went more dime as the year wore on.
