this is the downside to having it very good for a long time. when it slips everyone notices. there is no way the program isnt way down from 5 or so years ago

was a hokie fan b4 I ever heard of Clemson and I too take great pride in that. their mastery over us for a few games was personally very difficult for me. great when it ended

Championship game to be the middle of those 3 games. They maybe weren't excellent, but not broken. I hate to be so harsh, but you tried to take something from me. For no reason really.

all I could think about was that picture of Beamer celebrating the missed FG at Wake with the scoreline below reading 0-0 "end of regulation.". LOL

How anyone could have confidence in that team and that offense despite several straight seasons of absolute futility is beyond me.

Beamer had a chance to revitalize that program when he needed to hire a new OC. He chose very poorly.
