I saw an adult give another adult the finger while driving their car today! Well technically I just saw a picture of it but It bothered me to the point I felt like I should post on Tigernet about it.

Were you in Illinois? If so, no problem as you drive with 1 hand on the horn and middle finger extended. That is mostly what you see when you get close to Chicago.
