As far as lazy-azz people parking in handicapped spots,

I don't advocate killing them over it.
However, I do think they could invent a taser that could prolapse their colon and give them a scorching case of hemorrhoids to go with it.
Yeah... that's about right.

simply cripple them then ban them from getting a handicapped tag. If caught parking in one again, then they die. I figure this will only improve the gene pool.

There's some truth to this

in some, but not all cases.
Generally, if someone lacks the physical or mental faculties to walk 20 feet farther to the door, are they really qualified to operate a motor vehicle?
This doesn't apply to those who require the use of wheelchairs or walkers, obviously.

competently operate a vehicle. They're either doing 20 under the speed limit, regardless of what it is, swerving all over the road, parking across three parking spots, or some other phuckry that should result in having their license taken.

There's a guy here in the office that has had a handicap tag
Jul 24, 2018, 8:35 AM

since the day he started 3 years ago or so. The steps he saves getting from the parking lot are quickly burned up by mid-morning every day as he flits around the office dishing gossip or working out what seems to be the world's worst comedy routine replete with character voices.
Like you said...I wouldn't kill him over it, but it would be nice to maybe send him to the military prison located within Guantanamo Bay Naval Base.

society...whether it's B.S. or not, they have gotten the correct permits to allow them to do so. I'm good with your proposed punishment.
Now people who park in the fire lane, on the other hand...They're probably worthy of death.
