That's more of an inquiry into Emmert's position than it is a blasting of UNCheat. Forde is not really calling for the hammer to fall on the tarholes, just saying if it doesn't, Emmert will have to give quite an explanation.

piling on HARD on the NCAA for not doing anything (yet) is even better!! Hope all media starts bashing Emmert. That could cause even more havoc for UNC in the longrun.

Even the alumni are starting to admit it............

Actually, Forde's take is that Emmert was way out of bounds with the PSU penalties. Nevertheless, precedent has been set.
