UGA Fans Claim: After Kirby choked in the 2017 natty, they flocked to the tnets telling us it would be like Clemson's 2015 team where they lose a close one to Bama and come back the next year to win it all.
Result: Haven't been seen in the playoffs since, yet Clemson has been in every national championship game since then
UGA Fans Claim: Justin Fields is better than Trevor Lawrence and would bring UGA a national championship! Kirby gonna Kirby. Soon Enough.
Result: Fields is responsible for making a horrendous play in the SECCG when Kirby made a horrendous play call. UGA misses the playoffs, Trevor Lawrence wins the national championship. Fields leaves UGA because of racism, transfers to Ohio State where he loses in the playoffs to a team quarterbacked by *checks notes* Trevor Lawrence

The only people besides UGA fans that were mad at UGA losing to scar were the Auburn and Texas A&M fans.
They knew he was going to lose to somebody, and he wasted it on the coots 4th win.

Mark Richt so they could hire...Mark Richt. The other thing they don't want to admit is the ONLY reason UGA even made the playoffs in 2017 is that Bama lost the Iron Bowl that year with a limited roster due to injuries. If Bama wins that game, they beat UGA in the SECCG and the dawgs would have missed the playoffs in favor of Ohio State.
