"The most important thing with this stuff, of course, is that the players and recruits like them, because that’s who they’re for. Slick alternates, marketing, and recruiting all go hand-in-hand and these will definitely get noticed. (Especially on national television this October.) Something about alternates makes a big game feel a little bit bigger."

I am a firm believer in wearing your regular home and a way uniforms every game. That way you establish your brand and when viewers are flipping through channels they instantly know who is playing. When I first turned on the game last night I thought NCST was LU, because they don't wear all black. Gimmicks don't garner wins, talent and execution do.

When you get some sick unis, the kids see those and want to be a part of it. if you cant offer them a clear path to the NFL, you have to do something to get them on campus or to notice you.
