To transfer or not

Jan 14, 2017, 6:42 AM

being a part of the NC team, reunions every 10 years, honored amoung Clemson faithful at football games. Seems like it would be a hard decision to transfer to another school. Not criticizing anyone's decision, just seems like it would be a very tough decision.

Stating obvious, but players have to consider their future

Jan 14, 2017, 6:57 AM

It's somewhat of a gamble, but a player has
to put himself in the best position to be
successful for now and for potential future
opportunities. Besides, players like Dye
who worked with the team and contributed
on special teams and in practice, and helped
make the team better will always be considered
a part of the championship.

And in reality, Dye graduated. So the headlines say transferred, but technically you could say he's going to grad school somewhere else. For him, he has a Clemson degree so his is prob not the best example.

But in general- at any university- it would just seem to me to be a tough decision.
