How many freshman started today? How many games have we played? How many games are left? What's today's date?

Yes losing the opener isn't fun and starts this season on a little sour note. But those foolish enough to believe all of a sudden this team is incapable of playing at a high level need to be stripped of their Clemson fan cards immediately. To be successful in this format of college baseball, its all about getting hot at the right moment, and finishing that way. Just because we lost in a cold/windy 50 degrees weather with a whole lot of young guys doesn't mean this season is over. Quit your whining, let the boys play, and we will be fine. Its a long season, lets win 2 of 3 this weekend to get it started the right way.

And for the rest of you, remember this is college baseball. The only college sport where all of the best players in the nation don't even go to college. 2 months until the Spring Game and 6 months until football season.

so are we going to be good or not? do we get the FIRE JACK signs going or not? better than 80% of last years team and pitching returned from a 40 win season, what is the deal? stuff happens or not too good?
