Think about our 2013 team... Waaayy too early

It is dumb to look that far ahead, because you cannot predict a team that far ahead. But as fans it can be fun.
Look at that depth chart.
On offense we lose Dalton Freeman, Brandon Ford, Jaron Brown, and maybe Nuk to the draft. THAT'S IT. All of them (especially at TE and WR) should have good replacements.
On Defense:
We lose one DE, WLB, and our safeties. WLB will be replaced by Tony Steward and Justin Parker or any of the young and talented guys we have coming in. Our back ups at safety have been specifically mentioned throughout the year for having a ton of talent and coming on really Strong.
All that plus any recruits, and this team is looking unbelievable. No guarantees on the offensive line still. But, it WILL be better than last year and this year.
This all just about how it looks for the future, and we should be focused on this season.
BUT... You better come get us now! The future looks bright.

the consistent capability to replace him. That will be our biggest loss in 2013 as it stands today.

And with the kind of team Clemson will have in 2017, if Dabo doesn't win a national championship, he might as well go back to selling insurance.
*That's assuming there are no unexpected early departures or transfers.

We need to be able to convert the short yardages and recruit us some more OL and DL.

The problem is no one knows how our opponents will look. We don't play in a vacuum.

I think everyone is forgetting about dalton freeman...take him out of this years squad and we don't run the ball near as effective...hope we have good backup...also Brandon Thomas leaving...
