The shooter kills Muslims because he thinks the actions of a few represent the entire group.
That thinking is obviously wrong. So what's the reaction?

The laws will stop the ability to have access to weapons that can kill multiple people within seconds regardless of what the sicko behind the gun's ideology or motive is.
