don't have degrees (YET). So far , BOTH transfers are Grad Transfers, but more are coming and at least 1 won't be.

Not having a hard and fast rule that you have to sit a year is going to hurt college football in the long run. Just my opinion.

to enforce their own rules.

If a player transfers from one FBS program to another, without first earning a degree, there is a hard and fast rule that player must sit for one year before being eligible to play. No waivers, no appeals, no workarounds. The rule applies to everyone fairly and consistently.

Players hiring lawyers to file appeals on some bu!!$#17 basis because the NCAA doesn't want to spend the time or money to fight is...well...just plain bu!!$#17.

One rule that applies fairly and consistently to EVERYONE solves the problem. Everyone knows the rule.
You want to transfer...go right ahead, but if you transfer without a degree, you sit for a year PERIOD !!!!
