It is a terribkple rule that no one can define correctly. BUT that was targeting.

One “free” mistake per year ( no ejection, still 15 yards.) unless they deem it was flagrant in which case it’s also an ejection.

I completely agree. The call seems to happen for such incidental contact sometimes – they ought to at least put a graduated metric for intent into the rules.
