Targeting call against TL

A couple of thoughts on that play/call

1. Glad to see him pop back up, showed some toughness.
2. The entire team was ready to protect "their guy".
3. The game was over at that point.....Tigers turned on the heat on both sides of the ball.
3. If any doubt before about him winning the QB1 spot...that question is over.
4. KB thanks for being a Tiger and I will always be thankful for what he did last year....but TL is undoubtedly TL's team.

Then after the dude targetted TL16, he layed on top of him fighting at him trying to take the ball after the play was over while the on-field officials did nothing. Glad the booth took control and ejected that thug loser.

There were several plays the refs let go that could have turned that game into a brawl if CU was not a disciplined team. Still in shock of that butt kicking. Very nice statement game. Team is getting better every week. Look forward to the coming weeks.

...on the first TD drive should have been a personal foul.

I was more upset by the thug's actions after TL was down than the actual targeting. I don't know whether he intentionally targeted TL, but I know the after the play contact was intentional and late and right in front of the ref and should have been called.

And another thing... maybe the announcers say things like, Now what exactly is the "crown of the helmet" so that they can allow their "expert" to educate the audience. However when they say things like that it just makes me feel like they have no business announcing a game.
