Rods not a bad player

We needed him to be better than he was this year. Not his fault, he is what he is, a serviceable point guard, but not a great leader on the court.

He knows what he is, I know what he is, every Clemson fan that watches basketball knows what he is. Theres absolutely no reason to come on here when he's having the best game of his career and bash him

Nothing wrong with being a serviceable Pg in the ACC. Not many people can say that. Fact remains, he's just not quite good enough to finish the job.

I can think of a few this year and last year.

He carried the team on his back in this one. Good effort. The "desperate" style of play almost seems to suit us better. Maybe we can find some way to channel that earlier in games and force some turnovers.

Didn't say he wasn't playing hard, too little too late. Could have used it before FSU blew the game open. As a senior you can't take a half off.

I'm not sure why anyone thinks it's not obvious to all involved that Rod Hall has his limitations and isn't going to be an NBA all-star.
I guess I just don't understand the need to point it out while he's out there having the game of his career and putting the team on his back.
But like I said, to each their own

And I'm not attacking you for the comment.
But I just don't understand the need to take a shot (and yes, "not good enough" would appear to be a shot) at a guy moments after he lost.
But that's your choice to make.

Though that isn't key to my not understanding the need to take the shot in the first place.
