This has been the “norm” at Willy-B for quite some time. It shouldn’t be. It shouldn’t be anywhere. People need to realize that IT IS JUST A GAME. Win with dignity, lose with dignity.
And Willy-B goons... what good did your antics do? Hmmm? Sure didn’t help with the scoreboard, did it?
And you made a life-long, devoted Carolina fan and now grad feel ashamed to be associated with the school she loves deeply.

This is nothing new. I've been to exactly two games at WB. One was a Clemson/sc game back when I was a kid (early 80's). We left the stadium to find someone had vandalized my dad's old T-bird. The second time was in the early 2000's and I went with my buddy (UGA grad) who was given tix to the sc/UGA game by his parents for his birthday. The gayc0cks had just come off their epic 0-21 losing streak and UGA was top 5 in the country. We were spot on, had drinks poured on us, barked at.. (and I was wearing neutral colors - I still caught that garbage). Leaving the stadium, someone rolled down a window on a car on 26 and threw a beer bottle that shattered my buddy's windshield.
Go on any forum and they openly brag about how trashy they act, it's a point of pride for them and a way they feel strengthens their home field advantage. Nothing will change. Best thing that could happen is their athletic department puts up plastic wrap in front of the student sections, but again, the school is proud of how they act.

I love the fan who said that Clemson was making fun of them by spinning towels and dancing to Sandstorm IN THE LOCKER ROOM... OMG... I didn't realize that throwing bottles and screaming curses on national TV in the stadium is the same as celebrating in the privacy of your locker room. LOL.

When ECU caused a riot at Carter-Finley years ago, NC State just stopped putting them on their schedule. Not that I think playing the T%rds is any privilege, but it really got the message across to the ECU fan base.
Just find another decent team to schedule.
Leave the chickens to their own devices.
