Cole had to overcome nerves, adversity, injury, opposing fans, his own fans, AND his own coaches to win this game.

I think you taught all of us a lesson in how you went about your work this year and in the end leading us to an outstanding bowl win against one of the top defenses in the country. You deserve that MVP and you have left us all with a great memory and story that has cemented your legacy in Clemson! Thank you Cole and great to see your parents always there cheering you on through it all!
