Anything new on Tajh? Anybody think he's going to make the Jets' team?

I hope so but it's not looking too good for him unless I'm missing an update on his status.

3rd and 4th QBs play the bulk/all of snaps in separate games vs a few in each. I would expect Connor Shaw to see similar action in the Browns next game as well. The coaches can typically learn more this way as it provides for more cohesion with the rest of the O unit. I'd be more worried about negative practice reports than reading into who played/who didn't at QB position in 1st preseason game. That said, the practice reports haven't been great. Without going back and checking, I would think 4th QBs would usually stick around to the last cut given the premium on the position(in case someone gets hurt preseason.

Pretty much a lock for the practice squad assuming he clears waivers. Will have chance to play his way onto team against the bengals but gonna have to do something big to beat out simms
