players don't sit out for the bowls is to hold their diplomas until AFTER the bowl game. Without your diploma, your chances of landing a high paying job are pretty slim. And knowing that you won't receive your diploma if you don't play might be the wake up call some of these players need.

The schools would just counter sue and tie up the lawsuit in the courts for years. The schools have much deeper pockets than the players with all the ESecPN money coming in.

Yea, that'll work wonders for recruiting. H3ll, just lock them up into a lawsuit during their first official visit and force them to commit/play through the Mieneke Grundle Bowl..
