bout how one of their customers lost 40 pounds in like 6 weeks or some crap. Failed to mention that he quit drinking a 12-pack of Dr. Pepper EVERY FREAKING DAY. Cut back to 2 Dr. Peppers per day. Pretty sure it is the lack of soda/sugar and not so much the diuretic that is making you lose the weight. The diuretic is just keeping you on the toilet.

My gf drinks it and takes 1 of the supplement pills. She said it was developed to help curve cravings..which it's helped her kick the craving for Diet Dr Peppers (she was drinking 5 or 6 a day). Said that has made her feel better and now she is back in to working out. It's definitely not a miracle weight loss supplement, but if it helps people reduce their cravings for sweets, that is a win in my book.

Oh, and they tell you to drink 100+ oz of water a day

And cut caffeine. Heck, 100oz of water will make anyone feel better and lose weight.
