Maybe one is a current picture of the person as he really looked when he was killed, and the other was missing all the tat's and symbols, etc.

In one case, the victim was murdered while locked in his car. He posed no threat to the men with guns.


In the other case, the victim was shot after he jumped on the back of another man and beat the crap out of him.

The laws in FL allow citizens to kill another if they feel like their life is in jeopardy.
