I think the janitor at work hates my office floor

The TP in the restroom on our floor is ALWAYS under but on the other floors its over. I've tested this theory by taking a dump on the all the floors this week. Ours is the only one that has the TP under.

i almost nut when i see the ones with the metal top that helps tear off the sheet I have pulled. not sure why i love them so much, but its like chubby chicks on hub, i just do.
