I looked on the App Store and it was free but had subscriptions for like $99 a year. My question is how much do you get for free? Interested in it but probably not for the in app purchase.

The free version gives you some soothing, ambient sounds and stuff (I.e. falling rain, waves crashing), but some of the subscriptions give you access to guided meditations and audiobooks

All the players were talking about it during interviews. Apparently they do it every Thursday and some on their own.

Plus...one of the best laughs.....watch Coach Dabo talk about it...it is on the main page. It is something like.....the moment I knew we were going to smash NC State.
