On early signing day and don’t early enroll? How does this work I’m still new to this new early signing period.

No.

They may transfer but they are at the mercy of the coach for approval or not. Usually Dabo will give them a list of teams they cannot transfer to.

but they have to sit out a year. An NLI is the same if you sign it today or tomorrow or in a month and a half. Why would you think it would be different?

Got the correct info from http://www.nationalletter.org

if granted a full release by the school before enrollment, no NLI penalty.
