Big 12 may go to 12...NOT have divisions...play 9 games...2 out of conference and NO championship game. Because Big 12 and SEC may want TOP 4 teams in playoffs and not conf. champs.

Here is the problem: Let's say 2 SEC and 2 B-12 teams are top 4. What then? It's like another SEC championship game and a B-12 championship game in final 4.

Or if they seed cross conference and you possibly end up with all B-12 or all SEC NCG...I don't like it
