Skymiles “scam”

I’ve got an AmEx card that collects delta sky miles. Luckily we took FPU and shredded it and paid it off, but didn’t actually close the account, just in case.

Could I pay myself through Venmo or PayPal using the card and then transfer it to my bank and then pay off the card and endlessly collect the miles to get free trips?

You may want to create a fake ebay account and endlessly buy your own auctions. You'll lose like 2% due to fees but it will look a lot more legit. I think paypal is seen more as a bank account now
