For those fans who still think Clemson is not getting any respect (or maybe these same fans just enjoy playing the respect card), I just heard on Sirius XM that they think Clemson is the only team that can beat Alabama despite the fact that we have not played the way we're expected to play. At the same time, it's the way Clemson has struggled that worries them. But they said that if Clemson plays like they're capable, they are the only team that can beat the reigning national champs.

Now this is not really news to me.

Dabo has been saying this. I've heard Herbie (and others) say this.

I just mentioned it for our fans who still want to think that "nobody respects us".

For me, I don't get too high or too low about what these people say. I just look at our games, roster and listen to our coaches to know what we have.

And what we have is a team very much capable of winning the national title. They just have to show it and do it.

On Sunday with Staples. Luckily I caught this comment, because the is something about Rachel Barbeau that absolutely irritates me, so I will only listen for brief periods before she starts talking and I have to change the channel.

Sad, because I really do like to listen to Staples...

the "MC" during commercial breaks giving analysis at the Nat Champ Game. Bugged the heck out of me. Even when we were winning the first 3q, it was all Bama talk.
