With over 75% of Americans wanting to hear from the witnesses, you can bet that as the facts come out, and they will, it will only make Republicans and Trump look worse and worse.
It's going to be a steady drip of damning info coming out from now until November.
I'm glad that Republicans made no attempt at a fair trial and the American people understand that more and more each day. Trump and his Republican enablers in the Senate are in for a rude awakening.

Senate Republicans and Trump will be hammered for the sham trial. These points will be hammered home for the next 10 months as Bolton's book comes out in 3 weeks and more freedom of information requests reveal the extent of the corruption of Trump and his Senate Republican henchman. You know additional corruption will be exposed. It is who Trump is and EVERYBODY knows who he is.

Again, 75% of Independents supported calling witnesses. Republicans weren't going to vote for anybody but Trump. It's a cult. Independents, however, are not members of said cult and see what a sham it was. That number will only grow.

You’re falling for another one of Schiffs slight-of-hand tricks. He states, “There’s never been a senate trial where witnesses weren’t called”.
Correct, there hasn’t. But what he’s leaving out is the end of the sentence that says, “..that weren’t called in the house first”. But Schiff didn’t want THOSE witnesses because their testimony destroyed the democrats case.
NEW witnesses have never been called in the Senate.
