Anyone else not receive their tickets besides me?

Got 1 packet but not the other to the same address.

I got 1 packet but not the other to the same address. Postman delivered the first packet to a neighbor and swears he only saw one packet on Saturday. I called the ticket office and they said to give it through this week because there was a later batch printed/mailed from Arizona.
My friend in Anderson had not gotten hers as of yesterday either.
