It's probably just a 1 game suspension with an additional 1 game ACC penalty, you know to uphold the integrity of the conference...

Nuke, Jaron, Bryant and Peake are a great WR group. If our new DC has our defense ready, I am not worried about our offense.

get me wrong, those players are all good, especially Hopkins, which in my opinion is as good as Sammy. But other than Hopkins, the others are not Sammy, at least not yet.
There is a song out now called "Move Like Jagger", well some of the other 4 and 5 star receivers that have had flashed of brilliance, are going to have to "Move Like Sammy".
I think Bryant is going to be a great one though.

More because when we broke the law we were suspended. Maybe some of you dont know the diff in breaking team rules and breaking the law. I happen to like sammy and hopes this helps humble him more. Auburn should still be a win for you guys even with sammy gone.

He was docked $$$ and is not eligible for a raise for another 4 years. Correct me if I'm wrong, if someone else out there knows more. but that's pretty darn severe.

I have read that as well. Mangus didn't get a raise with everyone else this past year. I don't know how long he has to go without a raise but I know he was not eligible this go around. I think he is the lowest paid coach on SCAR's staff so his public pee cost him at least 5 figures.

February 2007: A month after Garcia enrolled early at USC, he was indefinitely suspended after being arrested in Five Points for drunkenness and failure to stop on police command. He was reinstated the day after his suspension was announced.
March 2007: Two weeks after his first arrest, Garcia was arrested again. This time for vandalizing a visiting professor's car -- "keying" the car -- and then was suspended from spring practice.
March 2008: Garcia was charged with underage drinking and, in a separate incident, was questioned about a fire extinguisher discharged in a dorm. It was announced Garcia's suspension would run through Aug. 15, but he was reinstated two weeks earlier on Aug. 1 -- in time for the start of fall practice.

I'd say a half would have been sufficient...smoking some weed and using prescription pills to help study covers roughly 90% of college students. I remember my roommate and I were prescribed to ADD meds and we would clean house the last week or two of the semester.
It'd be nice/smart if the state of South Carolina woke up and just decriminalized marijuana. It's saving lots of money in police/court costs, plus allows stupid stuff like this to go without severe punishment.

we didn't lose the whole o-line,or d-line.having all of fall camp to prepare for sammy's absence will only strengthen the rest of our wr's,and boyd will have plenty of options with nuke, peake, bryant, humphries, and ford. auburn will also get to meet mr. hopper, as the rest of the country will, also.
