Safety vs UGA in 1987 - Deja Vu

25 years ago. Team from Georgia, same endzone, same side of the field, option pitch, very nearly tackled on the same spot. James Lott and Gene Beasley bring it to 20-18 and Terry Allen and David Treadwell finish it off.

as that play unfolded Saturday - remember James Jackson (UGA QB) getting tackled for a safety back then.

Watch a replay and see how physical our defense was back then if you can stand it. I miss those trainwreck hits.
