Bought my son a bunk bed

so that he can sleep up top as he has been begging since we talked about getting him a big boy bed. we went and bought one Saturday and it was delivered today. I mean the shear joy on that kids face was worth every single dime. He was so so so pumped. We have 3 bedrooms due to where we live, 4 bedrooms are just out of range for just about everyone that has a brain, so this helps when cousins come over and do sleep overs or when his buds start coming over.
I tell this story cause we all get caught up in work and trying to make the next dime and fighting the machine. But darn it feels good when all that pays off and you see that magical smile and the laughs and sheer desire in him to just lay up there and read a book and just be him.
Its super cool.

If you want to be a super dad for real though. Give your son the brother he always wanted.
It’s a win win, if you know what I mean. Plus, you already got the bunk bed anyways.

We made some guns for the south during the Civil war, then later supplied some guns to the US Gubmint for the Spanish American war. But that's been a while and there won't be much lost (really, nothing) when our name goes away.
