Reed & Mitchell ......

I feel bad for Marquis, as he certainly didn't miss the foul shots on purpose, but at the end his head just wasn't in the game. The foul on his first missed free throws, he was not ready for the inbounds pass from Trapp and almost lost the ball. On the second foul (and missed free throws) he got trapped on the side of the backcourt and the NC State players bailed him out by fouling, which they did not have to do that early. Mitchell on the other hand became a turnover machine down the stretch ..... but Brad kept putting him back in the game.

To me, Mitchell has been more of a liability the last couple of games. I don't know if he's injured or not.

I just think Mitchell is having some physical problems ..... maybe knee, but he just isn't the same. I think it also has an effect on Reed.

I didn't hear that, but I know last year we were concerned about how much he would be able to play in each game. It has to have an effect on his game. I feel bad for him. Hope he is doing well academically. as it looks like the next level of basketball , in any league is not in his future.

I worry that Mitchell may have long term vision issues after that knockout punch at FSU last year, like maybe his depth perception is off?
