follow them it is in your feed and easy to read. It's not stalking to follow someone, that's how Twitter works...there's a reason they have thousands of followers.

once you start following someone all of their tweets are instantly sent to you on your device; therefore, there would be no need to look at the website for any length of time or use browser tabs.
