Are having premiere recruiting events on the same day in July. Will be interesting where mutual targets decide to go. Doesnt necessarily mean what we might think, but interesting nonetheless. I think Ross is going to Alabama's event...maybe he favors them, but maybe he favors Clemson and is just wanting to confirm that by visiting somewhere else. Sounds like Henry just had a scheduling conflict, or it sounds like he would otherwise be there...anybody have anymore info??

I think I read Ross has a 7 on 7 event the next day so it would make sense for him to go to the bama event just because of proximity.

Henry also has a 7 on 7 event. You have to understand that we are recruiting top players from Alabama, and going to the Bama cookout is easier to get to, same for Ohio State. Signing day this year is going to be a "pins and needles" day for Clemson for the first time in a long time. This past year, there were no surprises. The class was basically done a month before signing day, if not earlier. When you get involved with the cream of the crop, a lot of them go down to the wire. We are fortunate with the kids that have committed NOW, but the staff isn't done.

Why would we do them on the same day? Seems smarter to do ours a week after? We're talking about the top 3 recruiting machines, Clemson, Ala, and OSU. Do ours a week after theirs, scoop em up!
