t-net vs NCAA

Dec 28, 2018, 5:32 AM

Maybe someone with t-net or someone on t-net
with active JD could send a FOI request to NCAA.

Requesting "NO" personal information or player/students information
but the results on testing for Ostarine (SARM)
How long as the NCAA been testing for this substance
How many times they test the sample
How many player/students have tested positive
Names of Schools
How many false positive test
How many players/students filed for an appeal
How many cases were upheld
How many cases were reversed
What % of substance in test triggers a positive
Is the test given/taken Blood or Urine

Why?

WHY NOT

Are the 3 Clemson players only ones who have tested positive
Is this substance common being found in many players/students
Is this substance legal or illegal FDA or Federal Laws
What products is this substance found in
When a player/student can lose 1 year of being able to compete
any and all information about this substance should be provided
to the schools and players/students
What happens when 50 or more players/students on the same team
is found to have a positive test result for this substance

Because it's a waste of time and we can leave it up to the team and program.

Uhh, no JD but don’t believe the FOI (Freedom of Information (Act)) applies to NCAA.

Discovery in lawsuit maybe, but not the FOIA of 1974.
