Said a big reason for him committing is that Trevor Lawrence called him right before he committed and that proved to him that Clemson wasn't going anywhere.

Said out of all the former Tigers he thinks his game most closely resembles Vic Beasley.

Said he's been recruiting KJ Henry hard and he has a good feeling about both him and Cade Mays.

He just finished the interview. Swanny asked him straight up who he felt the best about and he listed three: Justyn Ross, KJ Henry, and Cade Mays. He said he talks to them the most and feels really good about them being in Orange next year. Although, Ross isn't expected to announce until the second signing period. He referred to Clemson as "we" the entire time. The biggest reason for committing to Clemson for Xavier was when Trevor called him. Trevor is our biggest behind the scenes recruiter; this heavily favors us when its comes to landing Ross! Great interview for a 17 year old kid.

This can't be true. All the tnet "recruiting gurus" have already said Mays is going to UGA. Course, I'm willing to bet NONE of them talk to Cade the way XT does.
