Would Clemson finish better than .500 in the SoCon?

At this point in the season, I'd have to say it would be a challenge to do so based on the lack of leadership (on & off the court), lack of defensive effort and no purpose at teamwork on the offensive end. Today was a prime example of 'snatching defeat from the jaws of victory' and was completely pathetic & pitiful. Clemson fans deserve better...
Sorry for the mixed metaphor, but if Dabo is a GRAND SLAM, then Brownell is a GOLDEN SOMBRERO... if you know baseball, that's the saying for a guy who strikes out 4 times in a game.

Know the saying and agree. We would finish in the upper 1/3 of that league but probably wouldn’t win it to make tourney. Anyway... who cares bc Dabo and Co will be starting fall camp sooner rather than later.

Were not in the SoCon, are we?
So that point is moot. What isn't moot, however, is if we were( in the SoCon) we still would have lost yesterday if the same scenario was played out.
There is no excuse for what happened in the last 34 seconds of that game, which by the way seemed like 5 minutes, or more to play out.
This team, year in and year out has lost more games down the final stretch by failing to convert on free throws than Carter has little liver pills.
And it wouldn't matter what conference we played in.
You say the fans deserve better. Then I suggest you contact the A.D. and have him tell coach Brownell another loss like this won't be tolerated.
There is no excuse for what happened yesterday( see my 4th sentence for clarification)
And that's not a moot point.
