I saw this list on a website and I will share it. I disgaree with some of the selections and the order I will discuss that.
(player, club, country player represents)

5. Robin Van Persie, Arsenal, Netherlands

8. Steven Gerrard, Liverpool, England
9. Andres Iniesta, Barcelona, Spain
10. Lionel Messi, Barcelona, Argentina
11. Didier Drogba, Chelsea(but moving to China league), Ivory Coast
12. Neymar, Santos, Brazil
13. Arjen Robben, Bayern Munich, Netherlands
14. Fernando Torres, Chelsea, Spain
15. Kaka, Real Madrid, Brazil

I have an isue with a goalie at #1. Yes Casillas has been brilliant lately but a GK should not be the best player in the world. Also if your going to give that type of respect to a goalie you must put Gianluigi Buffon in the top 25 somewhere.
I;m not sure why Messi and Ronaldo are so low. I guess the list is going by very very recent form but of thats the case then Torres and Kaka should be in the top 25 at all.
biggest omissions: Daniele De Rossi or Roma, Yaya Toure of Man City. Dani Alves of Barcelona should be on there.
Sergio Ramos is not the world's best defender so he should not be way up there at 4. Rooney and Ribery are a little too high at 2 and 3 as well.

its hard to do lists like this cause they usually give more

weight to attacking players while solid defenders like Chiellini and Thiago Silva arent on here. There are not any real defensive strong midfielders on that list of 25 other than Lampard. Players like Bastian Schweinstieger and Sammy Khedira get less credit.

As a huge Bayern Munich fan, I think Robben shouldn't be nearly as high. He just played terrible last year.

I love Neymar, love his style and his potential but to this point he has not faced the competition of the others. Santos is in the Brazilian league and the brazilian league isnt exactly know for their defense. I dont think he;d be freezing people with his dribbling so badly like he does in Brazil if he was in a european league.

After reading number 1 I started laughing.
By number 2 the humor began to turn to disinterest.
At number 3 I stopped reading that ridiculous list.
