It started in '90 or '91 with the bands flag line. The crowd picked up on it and the stupid thing has stuck ever since.

hearing the "woo hoo." It wasn't until I returned for home games between 1999 and 2005 that I heard it. It's not something I would have forgotten.

all the rotten Y2K food that had gone bad. The resulting neurotoxin fungi caused thousands to woohoo uncontrollably and the tradition from hell began.
